Kyrie Irving is Back on His Bullshit

Ladies and Gentlemen, I regret to inform you that Kyrie Irving is back on his bullshit. It was reported earlier today that the Nets star point guard was unhappy with the NBA’s plan to restart the season in Orlando, and tonight he held a Zoom conference call with over 200 players to express their concerns with playing in the Orlando Bubble and the nationwide protests going on throughout the country.

First of all, this seems like it came out of left field. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Kyrie had no major issues with the Orlando plan when he was on Zoom calls with the NBA last week.

This seems like the politically correct way of saying that he did not bring any of this shit up last week. In fact the extent of his questions was about what kinds of food and drinks the players would get while in Orlando. Seriously.

Things got even more interesting during tonight’s conference call:

??????

I’m not sure how the NBA wanting to save some portion of their revenue equals systematic racism, but maybe Mr. Flat Earth can enlighten me.

Now we can probably just chalk this up to Kyrie being Kyrie, but there could be some serious ramifications if he’s able to get the NBA to scrap the rest of the season. The main one is the owners could decide to rip up the CBA because the players are in a breech of contract, and all the work that Chris Paul and the rest of the Players Association have done to get the players max and supermax deals are gone forever Jeffrey Epstein style.

I think the real reason Kyrie doesn’t want to go to Orlando is he’s afraid that Orlando is too close to the edge of the earth and he’ll fall off. I mean if there’s one player who should shut up and dribble, it’s Kyrie.

But seriously, the NBA has already said that players who don’t want to come to Orlando don’t have to come, and Kyrie isn’t even going to play because he’s hurt. Maybe he actually is worried about Corona and the issue of racism or maybe he just wants the attention. Who knows?

One thing we know for sure is if Kyrie costs LeBron a ring, he might need to watch his back.
